Description:
G4Si1 solid welding wire adopts advanced wire surface cleaning and electroplating coating technology, endowing the welding wire with functions of conductivity, arc stability, lubrication, and rust prevention. CO₂ or argon rich gas can be used for protection during welding, which has excellent welding process performance, beautiful weld formation, small spatter, good arc initiation performance, and less welding dust.

Applications:
Mainly used for welding carbon steel and low structural steel with a tensile strength of 500MPa, it can also be used for high-speed welding of thin plates and pipes.
