Description:
ER309 is a stainless steel gas shielded welding wire, and the weld metal has excellent crack resistance, oxidation resistance, as well as excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

Applications:
Mainly used for welding of the same type of stainless steel, dissimilar steel, as well as high chromium steel and high manganese steel.

Notes:
1. Generally, Ar+(1%-5%)O₂ gas protection is used, with a flow rate of 20-25L/min as appropriate.
Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
