In response to the needs of high-efficiency and mechanized welding, flux-cored wire YCJMX50 for flat fillet welding was developed; flux-cored wire YCJ501-1V for vertical welding; vertical gas-electric welding flux-cored wire YCJEG50 suitable for butt vertical welding of thick plates; double-wire submerged arc welding wire and High-efficiency welding materials such as flux MCJH10Mn2×2/TM.SJ101.


For the construction of liquefied natural gas storage tanks, a series of welding materials for low temperature and high manganese steel have been developed: submerged arc welding wire and flux MCJGMn/TM.SJGMn, electrode TME25Mn, flux cored wire TMF25Mn and other products, and the construction of the test tank has been completed, which has been well received by customers. In terms of ultra-low temperature stainless steel welding consumables, a series of products such as TME308LT-16 and TME316LT-16 have been developed, which can meet the requirements of -196℃ low temperature impact toughness and have good welding process performance and thermal crack resistance.


For the welding of large and thick plates in marine engineering such as E36, EH40, EH420, EH460, etc., N2, N3 series CO2 or argon-rich shielded flux-cored welding wires, submerged arc welding wires, fluxes and electrodes have been developed. Flux-cored welding wire series includes CO2 gas shielded flux-cored welding wire YCJ551K2, YCJ551K2-1, YCJ81K2, YCJ551Ni1-1, TMF551N3, etc., which can meet different requirements such as -40℃ or -60℃; can be used for stress relief heat treatment at 550~620℃ after welding The argon-rich shielded flux-cored welding wires TMF551N2M, TMF551N3M, etc., after the post-weld stress relief heat treatment, the impact energy at -60 ℃ low temperature can still reach more than 80J. Submerged arc welding wire and flux series include: MCJGNH-1/TM.SJ105G, MCJ55HG/TM.SJ609HG, MCJNi1K/TM.SJ105G, etc., which can meet different needs such as -40℃ and -60℃. The series of high toughness electrodes include: TME558N2, TME558N5, etc. After welding, the stress relief heat treatment at 550~620℃ can meet the low temperature toughness requirements of -60℃. This series of products have been successfully applied in ships, offshore platforms, offshore wind power and other fields.


For the welding of 690MPa grade rack steel on the jack-up platform, the welding rod CJ807LT and the gas shielded solid welding wire WH80HG have been developed, which have good low temperature toughness and have been successfully applied.
