Description:
F6A0-EL8 is a non alloy steel submerged arc welding wire, used in conjunction with melting fluxes HJ430 and HJ431, and has excellent processability and comprehensive mechanical properties.

2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm 25kg, 250kg, 350kg, 500kg, 1000kg
Applications:
Mainly used for welding carbon steel and low-alloy steel of corresponding strength grades, such as 16Mn, Q235, etc.

Notes:
1. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
2. Before using weld flux, it needs to be baked at 200-250℃ for 1-2 hours.
3. The welding parameters can be adjusted according to the on-site conditions.
