SFA/AWS A5.18 ER70S-3 TEMO ER70S-3 

Description：A gas shield carbon steel welding wire for fabrication of mild steel. It contains silicon and manganese as deoxidizers. Usually used with 75/25 (argon/CO2) shielding gas or with higher contents of argon, such as 90/10. Can also be used with 100% CO2. 

Application: Automobile frames, earth moving and farm equipment, sheet metal, ships and barges, rail-cars, trailers, ornamental iron, metal furniture, storage bins and general fabrications. 

Welding Position: 

Diameters: 0.8mm-4.0mm. 

Packaging: 1kg, 5kg, 15kg, 250kg, 350kg. 

Typical Mechanical Properties: 

Tensile strength(MPa): 515 

Yield stress(MPa): 430 

Elongation(%): 25 

Impact values(≥47J/-20℃): 85

Note: 

1. Rusty, water, oil and other impurity should be cleaned before welding. 

2. Shield gas: 100%CO2 or 80%Ar&20% CO2. 

3. Gas speed: 15-25L/Min
