Description:
E347T1-1 is a CO₂ gas shielded stainless steel flux cured wire with titanium calcium type and niobium stabilizer. The deposited metal has good resistance to intergranular corrosion. Used for all position welding, with excellent welding process performance, stable arc, and beautiful weld formation .

Applications:
Mainly used for welding of stainless steel types 321 and 347. It can also be used for the welding of types 302/304 and sometimes 304L stainless steels.

Notes:
1. Using CO₂ gas protection, the purity of CO₂gas is above 99.8%.
2. The dry extension length of the welding wire should be controlled within the range of 15-25mm.
3. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
4. After unpacking the wire, attention should be paid to taking moisture-proof measures and using it up as soon as possible.
5. When welding on site, if the wind is too strong, windproof measures should be taken.
6. Preheating and inter passage temperature≤80℃.
