Description:
E81T1-K2C is a CO₂ gas shielded flux cored welding wire with titanium slag system. It has excellent all position welding process performance, stable arc, less spatter, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. The weld seam has good plasticity and low-temperature toughness.

Applications:
Mainly used for welding high-strength steel of corresponding strength grades. Widely used in fields such as ships, engineering machinery, petrochemicals, bridges, and offshore platforms.

Notes:
1. Using CO₂ gas protection, CO₂ gas purity above 99.8%
2. Strictly control the welding heat input at 0.8-1.8KJ/mm, and preheat the thick plate before welding.
3. The dry extension length of the welding wire should be controlled within the range of 15-25mm.
4. After unpacking the welding wire, attention should be paid to taking moisture-proof measures and using it up as soon as possible.
5. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
When welding on site, if the wind is too strong, windproof measures should be taken.
