SFA/AWS A5.4 E310-16 TEMO CJA402 

Description：An austenitic stainless steel electrode designed to weld 25Cr20Ni steels. The weld metal heat resistance scaling up to 1100-1150°C and does not contain any measureable ferrite. It can also be used to weld certain air hardening steels such as armour plate and joint stainless to unalloyed steels. 

Application: Used to weld similar composition heat resistance stainless steels, high hardenability 

chromiums steels and dissimilar steels.

Diameters: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm. 

Packaging: 2kg, 5kg.

Note: 

1.The electrodes should be baked 1 hours in 300-350℃ before using. 

2.Welding in short arc,and swing scope should not excess 2.5 times of the electrode diameter.
