Description：E6011 is a cellulose type electrode for all positional welding has high welding efficiency and good-looking welding appearance. The arc length should be proper and electrode swing should not be too much in order to get good operation performance. It is not suitable for multipass or cover welding. 

Application: Suitable for butt welding、fillet welding and lap welding of sheet steel structures, like plant chimney、transformer tanks, ships and external low carbon steel sheet structures of vehicle etc. 

Welding Position: 

Diameters: 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm. 

Packaging: 2kg, 5kg .

Tensile strength(MPa): 490 

Yield stress(MPa): 400 

Elongation (%): 28 

Impact values(≥47J/-30℃): 100 

Note: 

1. The electrode get damp easily, please stock it in dry environment. 

2. Please bake the electrodes 30-60 minutes in 70℃ before using if they are becoming damp.
