Description：E6010 is a high cellulose sodium electrode with vertical down welding property, the welding current is DC reverse. Apply to all positional girth welding of carbon steel pipelines, the bottom welding joint can be one side welding both sides formation. 

Application: Suitable for the girth welding of kinds of carbon steel pipelines. 

Welding Position: 

Diameters: 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm. 

Packaging: 2kg, 5kg. 

Typical Mechanical Properties: 

Tensile strength(MPa): 479 

Yield stress(MPa): 390 

Elongation (%): 28 

Impact values(≥27J/-30℃): 100

Note: 

1. The electrode get damp easily, please stock it in dry environment. 

2. Please bake the electrodes 30-60 minutes in 70℃ before using if they are becoming damp.
