Description: This product is the best and all positional rutile electrode, it is relatively insensitive to rust or other surface impurities. It deposits smooth weld beads in all positions, including vertical down. Good slag detachability, low spatter and stable arc. It is very easy to strike and re-strike, make it ideal for short welds, root runs and tacking. 

Application: Used to weld carbon and Zinc Coat steel in Marine industries, particularly suitable for sheet steel and short weld welding.

Diameters: 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm. 

Packaging: 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and blister etc.

Tensile strength(MPa): 495 

Yield stress(MPa): 400 

Elongation (%): 26 

Impact values(≥47J/-20℃): 80

Note: 

No need bake before using, but please bake 30-60 minutes in 150℃ if the electrodes is humid.
