Description:
E316LT1-1 is a CO₂ gas shielded stainless steel flux cured wire used for all position welding. It was designed titanium based slag system with excellent slag removal so they can have high welding speeds.

Applications:
E316LT1-1 was developed for welding the type of 316/316L austenitic stainless for low temperature. It contains molybdenum which resists pitting corrosion induced by suiphurous acids/ chlorides and cellulose solutions.

Notes:
1. Using CO₂ gas protection, the purity of CO₂ gas is above 99.8%.
2. The dry extension length of the welding wire should be controlled within the range of 15-25mm.
3. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
4. After unpacking the wire, attention should be paid to taking moisture-proof measures and using it up as soon as possible.
5. When welding on site, if the wind is too strong, windproof measures should be taken.
6. Preheating and inter passage temperature≤80℃.
