SFA/AWS A5.36 E70C-6M TMC-76 

Description：TMC-76 is a metal flux cored welding wire with higher deposition effeciency, compared with solid welding wires, the diposition speed can be improved about 40%. It provides excellent usability with stable arc, less spatter, few slag, beautiful bead appearance . Using short circuiting transfer welding, the product can apply to sheet welding and fulfill vertical-down welding property. 

Application: Used for flat and flat fillet welding on low carbon steel and 490MPa grade high-strength steel structures, like machine manufacturing, pipelines, automobile industry and other steel structures

Note:

1. Shield gas:80%Ar+20% CO2 ; Gas purity: ≥99.95%. 

2. Wire extension length: 15-25mm 

3. Rusty, oil stains, water and other impurity on the weld parts must be cleaned before welding. 

4. Stock in dry environment, please use up in short time once opened.
