AWS A5.18 E70C-6M Flux cored wire
TEMO TMC-50M, GB/T 10045 T493T15-0M21A
Description:
E70C-6M is a metal powder mixed gas shielded welding flux cored wire. When welding with low current, the arc is stable, and short-circuit transition is used to weld thin plates and achieve vertical downward welding. High deposition efficiency, deposition speed can be increased by nearly 40% compared to solid welding wire, excellent welding process performance, stable arc, and beautiful weld formation.
Diameters: Packaging:
1.2mm 5kg, 15kg
Applications:
Mainly used for welding low-alloy steel for important structures of corresponding strength grades. Widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, pipeline, and automotive construction.

Notes:
1. Using mixed gas protection, gas code M21 (Ar+(15-25%)CO₂).
2. The dry extension length of the welding wire should be controlled within the range of 15-25mm.
3. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
4. After unpacking the wire, attention should be paid to taking moisture-proof measures and using it up as soon as possible.
5. When welding on site, if the wind is too strong, windproof measures should be taken.
